New rotor type hydraulic motor is capable of converting pressurized fluid energy directly into rotary motion. Theoretical calculated results shows that the new design outperformed (the ratio torque/weight) conventional hydraulic motors above 30 times. This was possible by use the principle of overrunning roller clutch and its incorporation into the motor design. |
