MD770R is a MDT development of new generation, ultra-small (81mm2) and low-cost HF (13.56 Mhz) RFID reader module using new architecture approach. It measured just 8mm x 8mm, yet provides all the advanced features and performance of a desktop RFID reader to read and write ISO15693 and ISO14443 Type A and B RFID tags. MD770R reader module is much smaller and consumes less power than typical reader module which means it could be utilized on mobile phones and PDA products seamlessly. Significant size reduction at the module level, accompanied by a substantial performance increase, plays a crucial role in delivering future platforms to mobile users by allowing an increased number of features and capabilities. Among MD770R's derived products are BHR300 Bluetooth(TM) interfaced RFID reader and UMR300 USB dongle RFID reader.

The encoder / decoder consists of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), WDM Multiplexer (MUX) and optical switch technology for complete transmitter and receiver system design. It will be used to encode and decode optical source into useful signal to carry the data and transmit it using a single optical fibre.

A Method of Producing Nanowires And A Product Derives Thereof

Silicon Nanowires is a new class of materials that have attracted attention and great research interest in the last few years because of their great potential applications in nanotechnology such as nanoelectronic, nanomechanical and biomedical engineering. Fabrication of Silicon Nanowires is one of the great challenges today. Conventional lithography methods are not capable to produce Nanowires and even with advance nanolithography sizes below 100 nm may not easily be achieved. The goal of this project is to form and produce very small Silicon Nanowires using a Top-Down Nanofabrication Method which involved Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) based Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) method. Initially, the Top-Down Nanofabrication Method based on EBL was the design of the Nanowires Pattern Design (NPD). The NPD has been done by software called RAITH ELPHY Quantum GDSII Editor. Next, the nanofabrication process flow development which consists of the detailed parameters and recipes are developed. Finally, the dimensions, developments and etch profiles of Siliocn Nanowires was investigated using High Power Microscope (HPM), imaging by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and surface topography by Atomic Force Microscope (AFM).

This project has brings some benefits and advantages to the user of the system. It will become a new way in learning as it can give a new experience for students learning chemistry using animation in courseware. Besides that, this courseware is to use the concrete approach in teaching and learning module to increase student???s interest in learning chemistry in a new way which they can access rich media resource including animation, sound, picture and text and make the learning more exciting and entertaining. The expected output of this project is a collection of interactive learning, which can be operated using computer. The application should provide the interactive learning with simple animation. User should be able to understand the learning concept and answer the question given based on the notes and can play games that related to the learning. For the user interface design in this application contains design of a project or interface which player has direct contact with and which they interact to perform those activities. In this module, will provide some activity to allow student try to do what they have learn by drag the object to create the structure and name the isomers. Some element of animation was using in this module to make the learning more interesting. To make sure that development met user???s expectation and also to gain accuracy in terms of content presentation, testing was done to the target user and multimedia tester to show whether the application is successful or not.

Computed Tomography Simulation Software

This simulation software is a tool to assist and expedite the learning process in Computed Tomography (CT). The
software is capable of performing the forward modeling based on the pre-defined image reconstruction algorithms
and sensor array arrangements.
Conventionally, to design and develop the tomography system, the mathematical modeling of the sensor projections
are needed in order to determine the suitable image reconstruction algorithm as well as estimating the image
reconstructed on the image plane. This process is time consuming and involves complex mathematical calculations.
