Pengurusan mutu air bagi sistem CENTS boleh dibuat secara aliran terus atau kitar semula. Kaedah aliran terus melibatkan air dari tangki simpanan mengalir terus ke dalam tangki CENTS dan melimpah keluar ke dalam saluran buangan.
