In doing so, the study sought to establish the measurement instrument by ensuring it???s content validity, reliability or internal consistency and construct validity affecting usefulness of the hybrid e-training module. Overall reliability coefficients of the instrument examined when analyzed with SPSS 15.0 using cronbach alpha test were .932 while reliability at the scale levels were also acceptable ranging from .886 to .971. Subsequently construct validity was conducted by employing confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with AMOS 7.0. A hypothesized and revised measurement model was developed with findings showing evidences for construct validity. Goodness -of- fit measures of comparative fit index (CFI) and non- nor med fit index (NNFI also known TLI) were above suggested threshold of >.90 (CFI=.943; TLI=.930) with are reasonable root mean square error approximation (RMSEA)of 0.086. |
