This project focuses on lowering induction motor copper loss and efficiency by varying the design of rotor frame by using different thickness of rotor lamination steel sheet and bar size and through research investigation; it is found that the loss can be reduced and efficiency will be increase by increasing the rotor bar slot size and lamination.
