In this study, insulin loaded double-walled (DW) Poly (Lactide-Co-Glycolide) Plga Microspheres have been prepared using Glucose Core Hydroxylated PLGA (GLU-PLGA) and carboxylated PLGA 50:50 polymers by a modified water-in-oil-inoil-in-water (W/O/O/W) emulsion solvent evaporation technique.
