To collect and disseminate strategic information related to S&T activities namely:
As primary reference centre for national STI information;
Collects, analyses and provides national STI indicators through STI surveys for benchmarking and comparison purposes;
Canages and maintain STI databases content; Promotes and disseminates STI information through printed media (publications) or non-printed media (online and electronic media); and
Provides library services.
MASTIC's management will ensure that the Quality Policy is:

Committed to continuously meet the needs and increase the quality management system effectiveness;
The base to create and to review the objective quality;
Taken and understood by MASTIC's members;
Controlled and continuously studied to maintain its suitability.
